Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. Please note the payments you have made are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances and at Biotronik discretion, the order you have made can be cancelled and the amount you have paid can be refunded.
RETURN or CANCELLATION PROCESS
To return or cancel your purchase and claim a refund, please email to the admin@espandan.co.in regarding your request for cancellation along with details of your purchase.
In case your cancellation of purchase is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days of approval of cancellation. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit/ DEBIT card statement, depending on your credit/ DEBIT card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
